Privacy notice

• Account information such as your name, email address, password hash and verification status.
• Career records, resumes, job descriptions, chat messages, uploaded files and the edits you accept.
• Service records such as request times, security counters, error details and AI usage.
• Messages you send through support.

We use this information to operate the resume builder, save and export your work, generate requested drafts, secure accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and answer support messages.

Resume and chat content is processed only to provide the features you ask for. AI output can be wrong; it remains your responsibility to review factual claims before using a resume.

We share only what is needed with providers that run the service: cloud hosting and database providers, OpenAI for requested AI features, Resend for account email, and Langfuse when tracing is enabled. These providers process data under their own contractual and security obligations.

Your account content is kept while your account is open. From Profile you can download a machine-readable copy and permanently delete the account. Short-lived verification and reset links expire automatically. Backups may retain deleted data for a limited disaster-recovery period before rotation.

Support records are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain a reasonable record of the response.

We use access controls, hashed passwords, single-use account links, rate limits and encrypted transport. No online service can promise absolute security. Providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.

Lokhire is not intended for children under 16. We may update this notice as the service changes and will revise the date above when we do.
