You keep ownership of career information, resumes and other content you provide. You give us a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and format that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

AI-generated text is a draft, not a verified fact or a promise of employment. Review every claim, date and metric. Do not submit invented achievements or confidential employer information you are not allowed to disclose.

• Do not break the law, impersonate another person, or infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Do not probe, bypass or overload security, usage limits or access controls.
• Do not use automated access except through an interface we expressly provide.
• Do not upload malware or content designed to disrupt the service or its providers.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may restrict an account that violates these terms or threatens the service. You may stop using Lokhire at any time and can delete the account from Profile.

Lokhire, its interface and its original software and branding remain ours or our licensors’. These terms do not transfer those rights. Feedback may be used without obligation to you.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or decisions made from AI output. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
